"Freedom Ranger" Whole Chicken

Freedom Rangers are the birds I fell in love with when I first began farming, but became a little too expensive to raise to run a farm buisiness around. They have incredible foraging drives, can be raised on electric fences rather than mobile coops, and I have always wanted to make them apart of our buisiness again! So we are! Once a year, I'll raise a small batch of these at the end of the season, to familiarize our customers with the taste of a heritage chicken, that forages heavily, is raised a little longer,  but still maintains the tenderness we are used to in a traditional meat chicken. They are my favorite bird to cook whole, have more complex flavors, and I have a suspicion you guys will love them. They will be ready Mid December.
